Refund Policy

Digital Products

All products sold through NetArch Pro are digital downloads delivered instantly after purchase. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are generally final.

When We Issue Refunds

We will issue a full refund in the following cases:

• Technical issues: You are unable to download or access your purchased files, and we cannot resolve the issue within 48 hours.
• Duplicate purchase: You accidentally purchased the same product twice.
• Product not as described: The delivered product materially differs from what was described on the product page.

How to Request a Refund

Contact us within 7 days of purchase at oghenetejiri@oefrenterprise.com with your order number and reason for the refund request. We aim to respond within 24 hours.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will appear on the original payment method used during purchase.
